Please complete the approriate form to register your interest to participate in the SBA Prep for 2023 Rep sessions.

Please note that for the appropriate age it is determined as to what age the athlete will be on 31/12/2023.

eg Age is 15 on 31/12/2023 - athlete is U15. If Age is 16 on 31/12/2023 - athlete is U17

All sessions are from 4pm - 5pm at ILT Stadium Southland

​

By completing the form you are accepted into the sessions

Cost is $40 

Payment must be made prior to the first session into SBA Bank Account 03-1750-0494294-00 

- When making the payment can you please put your Child's name in the "Reference" field and "Prep4Rep" in the "Code" field.

Athletes need to bring a water bottle and a reversable singlet if possible. if not please bring a black and a white top as to avoid wearing bibs
