Overview

Southland Basketball has girls and boys representative teams for Under 14, Under 16, Under 18, Under 20.

Trials are held for each of these teams and then squads are selected for trainings. Squads train up to twice a week as they lead up towards tournaments.

Teams of 10 are selected prior to tournaments.

Each team will play in a Pre-Season tournament, a Qualifying Tournament and then the National Tournament (depending on if the team qualifies).
